EDC Endurance Program

Get fitter and improve your strength endurance with these fun and competitive sessions!

This is EDC’s take on circuit and aerobic training. Sessions are a mixture of cardio, bodyweight, free weight and barbell exercises so that you can last longer in your everyday performances. Enjoy this one with friends and track your progress through rounds, time or reps completed!

EDC Explosive Program

Move faster and jump higher for this highly explosive program that is great for any sports athlete!

The program includes medicine ball, landmine, plyometric and banded exercises which are key for fast twitch fibre activation. This program is not for beginners due to its high impact nature but is perfect to improve on-field performance. Track your progress through jump height, times and videos.

The Challenge is simple. Complete 4 gym sessions a week and you go in the draw to win money!
